Job Description: Tower Technician
-Provide superior customer service ensuring all essential job functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner.
-Adhere to all driving requirements as determined by State and Federal laws.
-Adhere to all company and industry (i.e., OSHA) standards/regulations.
-Maintain company vehicle in a clean and presentable condition.
-Effectively utilize the available resources, technology, and tools to complete work.
-Punctuality is a must.
-Best candidate will have a demonstrated history of performing basic job functions as stated above in a safe and courteous manner while using the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment as required.

Education and/or Experience:
-Climbing experience a plus
-High School diploma or GED

Skills:
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- PC skills
-Ability to work at all levels within the organization and the ability to work in a diverse work group
-Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
