Job Description: Tower Tech- Foreman
-Ability to manage multiple crews/jobs.
-Perform sweep tests with site master gear.
-Ability to complete closeout documentation submitted to our client.
-Provide superior customer service ensuring all essential job functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner.
-Adhere to all driving requirements as determined by State and Federal laws. Adhere to all company and industry (i.e., OSHA) standards/regulations.
-Maintain company vehicle in a clean and presentable condition.
-Effectively utilize the available resources, technology, and tools to complete work.
-Punctuality is a must.
-Best candidate will have a demonstrated history of performing basic job functions as stated above in a safe and courteous manner while using the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment as required.
-Responsible for managing the performance of assigned crew members, provide timely, valuable feedback. Lead by example in keeping self and others safe by keeping safety paramount to everything you do.

Education and/or Experience:
Must have 2 to 3 years Foreman experience in the Wireless Microwave/Telecommunications Industry. Site Master and climbing experience required.

Skills:
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Ability to lead and direct teams
-Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
-Ability to work at all levels within the organization and the ability to work in a diverse work group
-Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
