Technical Support Engineer (Davis)

    Responsibilities:

    • Pre-sale and post-sale implementation support and training via phone, email and WebEx
    • Address questions from customers and prospects on software features and capabilities
    • Write intermediate to complex stored procedures and functions
    • Design analytics reports
    • Design, implement, test, document, and maintain application functionality including business logic and database queries
    • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to define and prioritize new application features and enhancements
    • Provide Tier 2 customer support for application functionality issues

    Required:

    • 3+ years’experience in a technical customer support role
    • 3+ years working with VB.NET, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript and other .NET technologies
    • 3+ years OOP based development
    • 3+ years RDBMS design and development experience with MS SQL Server, including schema design, stored procedures and triggers
    • Expert knowledge of Windows (all versions) for troubleshooting, Excel & Word
    • Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail and FTP clients and Web Browsers
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in related field

    Desired:

    • Background in rehabilitation or hospital environments
    • Training experience
    • Experience documenting procedures
