ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for high performance Sales Associates that can think on their feet and identify how to best meet the customers’ needs, close the sale while providing outstanding customer service. We will provide you the knowledge needed to be an industry leader, including device and technical training, sales techniques and customer service skills. We have openings for 1 FT representative working 34-40 hrs per week and 1 PT rep working 25-33 hrs per week.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR TALENTED PEOPLE WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND TRAITS:
• Ability to effectively convey information in a dynamically changing industry
• Ability to give their full attention to what others are saying , taking time to understand what is being said and clarify as needed Use logic and reasoning to identify alternate solutions or approaches to problems
• Embrace a flexible schedule and who can work retail hours, weekends and holidays as needed
• Individuals who are motivated by goals and not satisfied with mediocre performance
• Minimum 1 year sales or customer service experience
• Reliable transportation

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION:
We offer a competitive wage and aggressive commissions potential. Our average first year full-time sales reps earn between 35k and 40k with the opportunity to make substantially more. Part-time sales reps earn 20K-35K with the opportunity to make more. We offer a benefits package for full-time employees including health insurance, 401K, paid holidays, vacation, discounted phone service and great advancement opportunities.
