Sales Engineer – Brazilian Portuguese (Sacramento)

  • Drive adoption of Apple products in commercial business accounts.
    Provide technical expertise to drive sales.
    Develop and deliver persuasive technical sales presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate Apple’s product and competitive advantages.
    Partner with internal and external Apple resources to provide end-to-end services for the Apple solution.
    Provide technical consulting on the integration and implementation of Apple products in customer environments.
    Develop the commercial business customer’s confidence in the Apple solution.

    PLEASE NOTE: Brazilian Portuguese language skills, both verbal and written, highly preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    •Works with Account Executives to develop deep customer relationships with the account base.
    •Participates in pre-sales customer calls that require technical knowledge on Apple capability and compatibility issues.
    •Effectively work with all levels of an organization including corporate CIOs and IT departments.
    •Delivers sales presentations on benefits and implementation of Apple’s technology.
    •Coordinates with service providers to provide a complete solution.
    •Position AppleCare support agreements for all solutions.
    •Evaluate and track business initiatives, environment and Apple penetration.
    •Technical expert on deploying and integrating Apple products and solutions.
    •Collaborate with Training to provide product training to business sales team.
    •Work with manager and Account Executives to prioritize and accomplish tasks required to achieve organizational goal.
    •Manage seed requests.
    •Participate in weekly pipeline/strategy meetings with assigned Account Executive.
    •Develop relationships with Apple partners (ACNs, Integrators) to drive referral sales and recommend implementation services to client.
    •Works with manager, AppleCare and corporate headquarters to coordinate resolution of product solutions that jeopardize future sales.

    •Understanding of the large commercial business markets.
    •Ability to work independently without detailed direction.
    •Demonstrate an ability to present and communicate value proposition to corporate CIOs and IT departments.
    •Demonstrates strong presentation and project management skills.
    •Business development mindset — good at tackling large projects and challenges in enterprise.
    •Ability to work with account managers on strategic account penetration and acquisition.
    •Advanced administration with Mac OS X 10.5 or 10.6 client and server
    •Xsan design and administration
    •Directory Services
    •Security
    •Mobility
    •Backup design
    •HTML Authoring and Design knowledge
    •Final Cut Studio & Logic Pro
    •ACSA Certification

    Brazilian Portuguese language skills, both verbal and written, highly preferred.
