Requirements include working a minimum of 32+ hours a week. Candidate must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Previous management experience required. Candidates must show leadership and outstanding customer service skills. Team communication skills are an asset.
 

 
Job duties include assisting in the managing of day to day operations. achieving personal productivity goals, assisting and establishing store goals and individual associate goals. Coaching and mentoring associates in daily communication of operations.
