We teach adult’s that have learning disabilities skills of daily living (Life Skills) based on select areas (a service plan/ISP) they have agreed to work on. We work with them in their homes and out in the community. Our trainers (Independent Living Specialists), work out in the community and generate case notes that contain data that is used in several other reports.

Our Report Specialist Position requires: Strong proofreading, editing, and writing skills. You must be able to generate reports based on training methods and goal progress documented in case notes and previous report data. Writing formats are primarily data analysis (simple), based on measurable goal progress/barriers trainers documented during given time frames. Training is provided.

May be crossed trained to conduct training/goal plan assessments. May be trained as an on-call ILS Trainer in the field as needed. May be crossed trained in other areas based on experience.

Education: Associates Degree. Background in social services and report writing Experience working 1:1 with DD adults/learning disabilities, experience with crisis intervention and duel-diagnosed adults. Knowledge of (ISP’s), and ACRC a plus.

Part-time, as needed, initial position. Position can lead to a 30+ hour position depending on experience. Rate of pay is $13.00-$14.00. Must have CPR/First Aid certification (or a scheduled class date). Agency requires criminal background check. Email: Cover letter and resume please.
