Central Station Monitoring Agent (CCTV) 16-24 Hours per Week

——–Please note this is not a GUARD position this is an offsite monitoring position You MUST have CCTV, Security Camera or Loss Prevention experience for this position————

CalAtlantic is a highly respected National Business Solutions company that is comprised of multiple divisions. We are experiencing increased demand for many of our integrated systems and are now accepting applications for positions within our National Customer Service and Support Division.

Currently, we have (1) one ENTRY LEVEL position available for immediate hiring consideration. Qualified individuals should be motivated, self-starters with experience in or desiring work in Loss Prevention using computers and CCTV systems.

At CalAtlantic, quality starts and ends with our Interactive Specialist. It’s their professionalism; competence and commitment that make the difference.

Our Interactive Specialists monitor client’s sites located across the United States from New York to Hawaii. They are responsible to detect suspicious activities and watch for criminal acts or client rule infractions that may be a threat to the property, client or employees at the facility. In addition, they prepare reports documenting all incidents, accidents or medical emergencies. Our personnel dispatch response to emergencies, such as alarms and intrusion by following law enforcement response procedures.

Qualifications:

• MUST be flexible with schedule, willing to work WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS. SUNDAYS ARE REQUIRED

• MUST be very computer savvy.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

• At least one verifiable employer within the past 18 months.

• Must be able pass background check and obtain an Alarm Agents License.

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing for the purpose of public interaction and report writing.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Negative result on pre-employment drug screen, if required.

• Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standards.

• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.

• Friendly and professional demeanor.

• Ability to provide quality customer service.

• Ability to remain calm and handle high pace situations efficiently and effectively.

** MUST be flexible with schedule, work includes weekends and holidays SUNDAY REQUIRED

** MUST have good computer, telephone and writing skills
