Seeking a motivated and experienced Implementation Manager to deliver multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced start-up environment. You will be responsible for directing the activities of business analysts, developers, UX designers and engineers to deploy state of the art web-based based and mobile application projects.

Additional responsibilities include communicating with high profile clients on a daily basis and the creation of project plans, design documents and status reports. Travel may be required.

Ongoing functions include meeting with customers to understand their technology integration needs and concerns, facilitating scoping and design sessions and interfacing with engineering, marketing and business teams.

Required Experience:

. Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
. At least 5 years of Enterprise Software consulting or project manager experience
. Bachelor’s degree
. Professional client management experience
. Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
. Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to drive multiple simultaneous projects to completion on-time and within budget.
. Must be willing to travel (generally day or overnight trips – once or twice a month)
