Busy orthopedic/sports physical therapy clinic looking for a friendly, highly motivated individual to join our team as a patient care coordinator. The desired candidate will have excellent customer service, problem solving and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, good attention to detail, and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments, insurance verification and authorizations, patient education regarding insurance coverage benefits and limitations, collection of patient copays and balances, data and charge entry, and preparation and analysis of weekly productivity statistics.

Previous experience in a medical office preferred.
