On-Site Personnel Manager (Winters, CA)

Seeking an “On-Site Personnel Manager” to manage a large temporary workforce at a customer site in Winters, CA. This position is a full time and salaried. Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a requirement. There is a part time admin duing the slow season and she will work full time during the busy season to be of support. This position is to start immediately!

-Qualify, interview, test, screen, and complete hiring process of applicants for a customer site
-Expereinced in resolving employment related issues
-Implement and participate in recruiting programs
-Maintain and enter all temporary employee personnel records
-Monitor temporary employee work performance in conjunction with the client supervisors
-Conduct monthly safety meetings in conjunction with Regional Safety Manager
-Conduct safety orientation for all new hires
-Terminating and laying off of employee’s
-Audit daily time punches for temporary workforce in Kronos Time Keeping System. Adhere to weekly payroll deadlines
-Process client specific reports including turnover, weekly hours, monthly billings
-Process EDD claims, attending unemployment hearings on company’s behalf
-Investigate and process workers compensation claims in a thorough and timely manner
-Analyze and evaluate facts, circumstances and make timely fact-based decisions when dealing with employee related issues
-Provide outstanding customer service to client, supervisors, and employee’s alike
-Conduct daily walk through at all client facilities
-Communicating with supervisors on a daily basis to ensure that all staffing needs are metPERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Must enjoy interacting with people
Computer literate
Must have understanding of client/vendor relationship
3 years of management experience preferred- Location: Winters, CA
- Compensation: $40,000-$48,000 annually, cell phone allowance
