* Operation of all office equipment
* Filing
* Updating records
* Assisting other staff members
* Basic office dutiesThis is a progressively challenging position. Individuals applying for this position should have good writing and communication skills, ability to be a self starter and be strong disciplined. At least 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or office manager. This individual should have excellent organizational and communication skills, excellent decision making/problem solving skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, great attitude and energy, organized, a team player with disciplined work ethic, ability to multi-task, initiative and creativity.
