As a successful Medicare Broker Sales Representative with ASUREA you will be responsible for:

•Recruiting, training, and servicing Medicare agents/agencies
•Offering a comprehensive line-up of superior Medicare products and carriers and top contracts
•Participating within a cohesive group of top-performing, professional insurance marketers
•Maintaining and creating relationships with brokers
•No travel required — inside position

This is an internal position and will include a salary + commissions, health and dental benefits, along with the option to participate in a 401K plan.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

•Currently holds both life and health insurance licenses
•Bachelor’s degree or 2-5 years work experience in the Medicare industry preferred
•Detail oriented, take-charge person with good relationship building skills
•Well-developed Medicare product knowledge
•Strong negotiation skills with the ability to use advanced judgment in problem solving
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to learn and retain new information quickly
•Strong phone etiquette
