We are a mortgage branch located in Davis currently seeking an Experienced Full-Time Mortgage Loan Processor/Loan Modification Processor.
 

 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 

 
* Good organizational and communication skills are a must
 
* Pull and review credit reports
 
* Verify customer income documentation
 
* Execute closing actions to ensure a timely and effective closing
 
* Must be organized and able to work in a fast paced environment
 
* Maintain a high level of customer service by being proactive in communication with customers, lending center associates, loan officers, realtors, etc
 
* DU/LP system knowledge required
 
* Point System knowledge a plus, but willing to train if you are familiar with a different los system.
 

 
*Please do not reply if you do not have current loan processing experience and knowledge of current guidelines. FHA processing experience and 2010 GFE knowledge are required*
 

 
COMPENSATION:
 

 
We can pay hourly plus bonus via W-2 or on a contract 1099 basis at $500 dollars per file with a minimum monthly quota set for amount of files closed. No maximum monthly limit to be set, unlimited income potential!

Hours of operation are from 9-6 M-F.
