We are an established Finance Company in need of a Full Time Loan Processor for our office in Auburn, Ca

Qualified candidate must have the following skills and traits
• Possess a thorough understanding of loan processing and closing procedures.
• Knowledge of equipment finance/leasing and documentation.
• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements and accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to create financial spreadsheets.
• Advanced math skills. Must be comfortable with calculations and mathematical formulas
• Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and have the ability to multitask

Duties will include but not limited too
• Answer incoming calls from Vendor sales force.
• Respond to inquiries from general public regarding services offered.
• Process Equipment Finance Agreement applications according to, standard process flow, established timelines, regulations and procedures.
• Reviews files for adherence to underwriting standards, ensuring completeness of submission to funding source. Will contact borrower and/or Sales Representative to collect necessary documentation
• Responsible for ensuring all terms of loans are incorporated in the documents, closing conditions are met.
• Perform internal accounting functions for funding and update internal daily spreadsheets related to loan status.

This position requires work hours of 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday
