IT Specialist
Pay Range: $20+ per hour, based on experience
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Location: Headquarters in Roseville, CA

An International printing industry equipment manufacturer is looking for a part-time IT Specialist. A successful candidate must demonstrate a strong work ethic and friendly demeanor when working with employees and vendors.

Job Functions:
• Manage an office network and phone system
• Provide desktop/technical support
• Manage and monitor firewalls, servers, and workstations
• Build workstations and fix software & hardware problems
• Document processes and assist other departments as needed
• Work with outside vendors on technology solutions and contracts

Required Experience:
• Windows Servers in a virtualized environment
• Dell Servers, Laptops, Desktops, Windows XP – 7
• Cisco Small Business Phone System VOIP (UC560)
• Current versions of Microsoft Office for Windows and Mac
• Experience with OSX Snow Leopard and Lion
• NetSuite ERP/CRM Manufacturing version experience desired
• Support and manage office printers, copiers, scanners and fax machines
• iOS and Android

Education and experience:
• 2 years working experience in production environment with the above technologies
• AA/AS degree in a related field
• NetSuite CRM/ERP experience highly desired
• Experience with 3d design CAD software (AutoCad/SolidWorks) desired
• 5S Processes
• Experience in a manufacturing environment highly desired

CERTIFICATIONS
• CompTIA A+/N+/Security+
• Cisco CCNET/CCNA desired
