Cleaner Job Description:

We are looking for hard working individuals to clean homes and businesses. We are a Green cleaning business. We pride ourselves on paying a living wage. After training, average hourly pay is $11 per hour (depending on experience). Cleaning is physically hard work. We prefer people with professional cleaning experience. However, we will consider training the highly motivated person. DO NOT APPLY if you only have office experience or a desk job. YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a NON smoker

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Must have a reliable economic car and auto insurance

• Must be bondable

• Must pass a background check

• Must pass a drug test and be able to future pass random drug test

• Must have access to a computer and be familiar with Google Maps.com, mapquest.com or the equivalent

• Must have a cell phone

The person we are looking for needs to enjoy cleaning. They must be excellent communicators, able to work unsupervised and genuinely enjoy cleaning. This position entails working alone. We do not use teams. The person must be reliable and MUST work Saturdays. This can work into a full-time position. We do check references!
