Helpdesk Analyst II

Our Rocklin Helpdesk department is searching for a dynamic and service focused Helpdesk Analyst to join their team. As a Helpdesk Analyst you will ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate smooth operation of the credit union by providing timely and accurate tier 2 and 3 level support to the IT department, operations and helpdesk. You will manage software inventory and work with vendors on support and renewals, assist peers with issue resolutions and support telephony applications such as voicemail and phone configurations. The Helpdesk Analyst will also work as a liaison between helpdesk and other areas within IT and participate in IT meetings. Your goal in all activities will be to provide an effortless service experience.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Minimum 4 years of increasing responsibility in various functions of IT, including, but not limited to: computer support services for both software and hardware, physical set up/breakdown of workstations, testing of computer equipment and peripherals and maintenance of networking systems.
- Minimum 3 years experience with TCP/IP, wireless, switches, routers and Citrix environments.
- MCSE certification.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems required, as well as a familiarity with helpdesk processes.
- Must have the ability to prioritize and complete multiple jobs simultaneously.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Possess problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to work well with coworkers and credit union staff.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of team.
- Experience in a bank or credit union setting preferred.
Location: Rocklin, CA 95765.
Schedule: 40 hours per week with occasional overtime. Must be able to work between the hours of 6am to 3pm Monday – Friday.
