We are currently searching for a local, top-notch, quick service Franchise Business Consultant for the award winning Sacramento, CA market. This person will provide leadership and coaching to the franchise community and will support a range of 35-50 restaurants.

As the Franchise Business Consultant you will:
•Work closely with franchisees and their operations teams in an effort to achieve short and long-term company operation’s objectives.
•Improve restaurant operations and an ability to influence positive change.
•Provide counsel, advice and assistance to franchise owners/operators that will positively impact and improve their sales, profits, operating standards and operating systems, while maintaining or exceeding customer expectations.

In order to do that, here’s what you must have:
•A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Franchise Operations/Business Consulting.
•Excellent leadership, communication, persuasion and influencing, organizational, and management skills.
•The ability to effectively build relationships with company and franchise partners.
•Up to 40% travel may be required.
•College degree is preferred.
