Works on issues that impact design/selling success or address future concepts, products, or technologies. Serves as a technical resource to help define, estimate, and propose solutions for business problems. Determines how to leverage Technology to create solutions that satisfy business requirements. Business Requirements Business Process Analysis. Ensures the appropriate business process assessment and analysis is completed to identify business process gaps and impacts as they pertain directly to projects and programs. Highly experienced at negotiating and collaborating with key project leaders to identify subject matter experts and resources necessary to complete business requirements.  &#8211; Efficiently and effectively address management issues, dispatch vendors, authorize work, follow through on projects, and coordinate with other specialists for creative solutions<br />
 &#8211; Inspects properties <br />
- Ensures recurring/contracted maintenance duties performed<br />
 &#8211; Full cycle leasing: actively market properties, screen applicants, prepare leases, move in/move out tenants <br />
- Administrative work (filing, tenant/owner correspondence &amp; recordkeeping, maintaining a neat an organized office, etc) <br />
- Ensuring tenant rents are collected in a timely fashion <br />
- Be able to prospect for new clients and close on leads that are provided <br />
- Show properties to prospective tenants and review background checks <br />
- Review and complete lease/management agreements <br />
- Actively market and post your rental properties online <br />
- Oversee readying units for rental <br />
- Must be able to multi task and prioritize <br />

<p>SUMMARY<br />
Receives callers and visitors at establishment, determines nature of business, and directs callers/visitors to destination or solution by performing the following duties. </p>
<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. <br />
Operates heavy PBX telephone console to receive and screen incoming calls/messages and make outgoing calls. <br />
Obtains caller&#8217;s name and arranges for transfer to or appointment with person called upon. <br />
Directs caller to destination and records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon. <br />
Maintain the lobby, office equipment, marketing materials, guest interaction. <br />
Receives payments, applications and manages will call. <br />
Types/proofs memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents. <br />
Works closely with managers, agents, and other staff to keep company calendar and perform other support duties. <br />
Makes future appointments and answers inquiries. <br />
Sends and collects/distributes mail, messages, faxes daily. <br />
Performs variety of clerical duties. </p>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS<br />

<p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE<br />

<p>COMPUTER SKILLS Must demonstrate working knowledge with Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Must demonstrate working knowledge of internet, search engines, Craigslist, etc. Must have ability to type 35+ WPM. Website management a plus. </p>
<p>LANGUAGE SKILLS<br />
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. </p>

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. </p>

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to quikcly solve problems with the highest customer satisfaction in mind. </p>
<p>OTHER SKILLS Strong organizational skills are a must. Must be adaptable to changing priorities, and able to operate well under pressure with an excellent attitude. </p>

Schedule meetings and conferences calls<br />
Receive and screen communications: incoming phone calls, mail and e-mail<br />
Calendar management<br />
Assist in preparation of presentation materials<br />
Meeting management: attend meetings, create agenda, and take minutes<br />
Conduct Internet research<br />
Setting appointments including interviews<br />
Other tasks as assigned</p>
<p>Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Power point.</p>

<p>Craig Cares is seeking a high energy, creative, friendly and organized Office Assistant.  Must be customer service focused, and enjoy working with people.  Flexibility, integrity, optimism, enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, excellent phone skills, great communication, and teamwork are necessary.</p>
<p>Preferred experience and skills:</p>

<p>Duties will include, but are not limited to: <br />
•	Answer phones, filing, data entry, photo copying, sort mail, insurance billing, and other clerical duties as assigned<br />
•	Create newsletters, fliers, and brochures<br />
•	Computer support and internet updates<br />
•	Call clients to follow up after service<br />
•	Perform new client/new caregiver introductions <br />
•	Perform periodic home visits <br />
•	Provide backup support for managing caregiver and client schedules<br />
•	Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24-hour management availability <br />
