TITLE: Field Operations Supervisor
REPORTS TO: Shift Watch Commander

POSITION SUMMARY:
Supervises overall site security services, operations and uniformed Specialists on assigned shift. Including post reviews, Specialist inspections, emergency response, training, post order compliance reviews and special projects as assigned.

The Field Operations Supervisor must be highly customer service oriented, capable of applying fair and consistent policy mandates and effectively communicate with employees and Leadership team.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assure compliance with general and specific post orders for assigned specialists’ positions.
• Assist with coordinating all security operations and programs on assigned shift.
• Respond in a timely manner to emergencies, events, issues, staffing deficiencies and client requests.
• Initiate preliminary investigations, and write incident reports
• Perform other duties and special project functions as assigned.
• Assist in scheduling all standard deployment posts and specials
• Review and process all personnel time records
• Assure quality in uniform standards, equipment, supplies and tools necessary to perform all required functions
• Attending all staff meetings
• Responsible for ensuring that quality daily briefings are being conducted at the start of each shift and other assigned shift duties are executed per guidelines.
• Responsible for effective time management.
• Responsible for providing a safe working environment for employees and the Client
• Ensure that company policy and procedures is adhered to.
• Other duties and responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, Journalism, Emergency Management or other related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years in safety and security management or supervision, law enforcement/military, security control room experience in supervisor capacity — 5 years of general Customer Call Center supervisory experience also acceptable.
• Basic First Aid/CPR Training.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Effective time management skills.

• Must be proficient in verbal and written communications.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
• Must possess professional experience in the areas of people and conflict management with tact and discretion
• Interviewing and report writing.
• Must be flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations.
• Excellent time-management, communication, technical writing, presentation development, facilitation, and organizational skills required.

MACHINES, OFFICE EQUIPMENT & SOFTWARE:
• Must be proficient in the use of personal computers, iMac preferred and basic software programs.
• Microsoft Office
