Maximum Security Alarm Inc, a nationwide top 10 alarm company and one of the largest Monitronics dealership, is seeking a proven and to join our team.

The person chosen to fill this position will be responsible for recruiting top-notch talent for all major positions company wide including outside sales reps, inside sales reps and technicians.

This is a mid-upper level position and will require the following skills and experience to be considered:

*A minimum of one year verifiable recruiting experience.
*Experience placing ads on Craigslist, Monster, Career Builder, and other major recruiting websites.
*Creativity, ad creation and tracking of successful ad campaigns
*Interviewing-must be a good judge of character and exceptional at interviewing and hiring via phone and Internet.
*Excellent work ethic and be willing to put in whatever time it takes to run a successful campaign and reach your goals

The following skills are preferred, but not required:

*Ability to create graphic ads/flyers using the software program of your choice
*4 year College Degree
*Experience in the alarm industry
*Experience recruiting for performance based positions
*Experience in sales, telemarketing, and/or recruiting for both

Compensation:

This position will pay a base salary between 32k-35k DOE plus commissions on productivity of your recruits. Target income for this position is 50k+ first year with opportunity for advancement and/or increased compensation after year one.
