benefitsCONNECT is one of the Top 5 national providers of employee benefits administration software. We’re a “Software as a Service” company with a large and well-respected national presence. (During your research of our company you may discover that we currently located in Elk Grove. We are moving to Rancho Cordova in February 2012.)

    What is EDI?

EDI, an acronym for “Electronic Data Interchange,” enables the computer system from one company to “talk” to the computer system of another company and digitally exchange data. Because this digital exchange of data is facilitated using computers, most if not all of the associated business processes can be automated so they occur with little or no manual data entry. This enables companies to electronically exchange information with ease.

You can view more information here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electronic_data_interchange

    - We’re a small company. We “do more with less,” and everybody does “whatever it takes.” In short, we work hard. That needs to drive you and inspire you.

If you have everything mentioned above, we want to meet you. On top of that, some highly desirable technical skills are: SQL Server, XML, XSLT, BizTalk 2006/2010, Cold Fusion, and a familiarization with SDLC theory (Systems Development Life Cycle).
