Consumer Loan Processor

Our service oriented Consumer Lending team is searching for a Consumer Loan Processor to help ensure member satisfaction and facilitate smooth operation of the department by processing consumer loan applications in a timely and efficient manner. As a Consumer Loan Processor you will review and complete loan documents and disbursals within department standards and compliance guidelines, provide accurate and knowledgeable responses to inquiries and ensure that each loan file contains accurate and up-to-date information. You will be working with credit union members and employees on a daily basis, answering phone calls and emails as needed. The Consumer Loan Processor will facilitate a transparent and effortless lending experience to maximize member satisfaction.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Minimum 3 years experience in consumer loan processing; policy and guideline knowledge required.
• Working knowledge of various types of consumer loan products and industry standard processes as well as regulatory requirements.
• Motor vehicle title processing experience preferred.
• Financial industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet multiple deadlines and exercise sound judgment when balancing potentially conflicting priorities.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and an ability to foster internal and external business relationships.
• Must be self-directed and able to make independent decisions within established parameters.
• Exceptional computer skills including full spectrum of Microsoft Office Suite, ten-key and calculator.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics.

Location: Rocklin, CA 95765.
Status: 40 hours per week.
