PART TIME COLLECTION/ CUSTOMER SERVICE: WEST SACRAMENTO

We are looking for an experienced A/R – Collections specialist with excellent phone skills and problem solving experience. This customer service based position is part time, 25-30 hours per week, and focuses on collection calls and reconciling past due accounts. The proper candidate will be assertive, positive, professional,
have general accounting knowledge, and attention to detail.

Summary of Position:

• Collection of accounts receivable and follow up on past due invoices.
• Identify collection issues and resolve according to our policies and procedures.
• Update customer files.
• Work closely with inside and outside sales staff, and site manager to address customer issues.
• Manage and route incoming phone calls.
• Perform other projects as required.

Qualifications include:

• 2 years collections-A/R experience
• Knowledge of GAAP, and computer skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication, and a desire to excel.
