• Bilingual (English and Spanish fluency is required)This position offers an hourly base salary with bonuses related to the number of applications approved. Completion of the applications requires training that will be provided by the company.
The position requires the person to manage a schedule with customers who need assistance with the enrollment in health programs.
This requires attention to details, ability to communicate through emails or phone calls with the customers, organization skills to follow up on pending documents while being friendly and polite at all times to the customers. The individual is expected to meet production goals for the department after a period of time of becoming familiar with the processes. Productive individuals in the department earn about $140 per day.
