Immediate opening for Apartment Groundsperson/Maintenance.
 

 
Job duties include but are not limited to:
 

 
Pool/Spa maintenance & cleaning
 
Cleaning of laundry rooms, all common areas, office, shops, etc.
 
Landscaping – irrigation repairs & adjustments, some hand-watering, fertilizing, adjusting timers, renovating areas by removing rocks & debris and planting new material, some tree trimming
 
Lighting checks & maintenance
 
Cleaning carports, rain gutters, parking lots, trash areas, etc.
 
Pressure-washing
 
Painting exterior as needed (siding, curbs, etc.)
 
Light maintenance – replace/unclog disposals; replace faucets; unclog sinks, drains, toilets; change locks; emergency repairs as needed
 
Entrance gate maintenance and adjustments
 
Order and/or pick up supplies
 

 
This position is mainly an exterior position and does require prolonged walking, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50lbs.
 

 
Experience in Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC a plus!
