100% Learning Fun Center — An exciting academic enrichment program is looking for Reading & Math Instructors. Currently we have positions available in CARMICHAEL. Learning Fun Centers’ program is designed to motivate students K-12, while helping them overcome academic difficulties in Reading, Mathematics, or English Language Learning. This is an excellent opportunity for part-time employment for college graduates interested in working in the field of education.

Requirements for Qualified Applicants:
- BA, BS from an accredited 4 year University
-Interested applicants must be able to work with in a small group
-Visit student homes on occasion
-All applicants must have reliable transportation with insurance
-Pass a criminal background check (Live Scan), and T.B Test.
-Interested applicants must have a desire to work with kids also. Experience working with kids not required, but a plus. Recent college graduates, are strongly encouraged to apply
-Oral and written communication skills
-Able to work 15 hrs per week or more
-Willing to attend school events

Positions Available-Enrichment instructor

Description: Our instruction is done in two different formats small group and one-on-one. Instructors must be interpersonal, patient, and be able to instruct students in groups of 3-8, be able to motivate students, help build their self-esteem and confidence, become mentors as well as instructors, and develop an enjoyable environment for students. Each Small Group instructor will instruct English, Math, or English Language Learning. Small Group instructors must be open minded with the ability to communicate with kids from all walks of life. One-on-One instructors must be a mentor as well as be responsible and have mannerism. One-on-One instructors must have the ability to create a bond with each student in order to achieve maximum results. Instructors will also administer tests, create individual student learning plans, progress reports, and monitor student attendance.
