The applicant must possess excellent written & oral communication skills and a good memory. Knowledge of and be computer proficient. Must be professional, polite and discreet with strong customer service
skills. Duties include: Dispatching Sub Contractors, scheduling appointments, data entry, answering phones, some office cleaning, collections and billing, Coordinating Jobs.
Ideal candidate will have 2 years experience as a Dispatch/Call Center/office
management/Scheduler/Coordinator.
Responsibilities include-
* Process work orders for incoming service requests using Google Apps
* Schedule work orders based on priority and location
* Provide daily updates of open work orders to management and customers
* Organize/Maintain customer and vendor files
* Answer all incoming phone calls; must be professional and pleasant
* Create and Send Invoices to customers and vendors
* General Book keeping and filing
* Payroll processingJob Requirements-
* Strong customer service, confidential with sensitive material and issues
* Proficient in Quickbooks, MS Office/Word, Excel and Google apps
* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to work well under pressure and act quickly/accurately
* Positive attitude, organized and professional
* Flexible and committed, must be able to work 30-40 hours a week
