Administrative Assistant (Sacramento)

  • Certified Employment Group is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant position. The position starts Feb 15th and is projected to last 8 weeks or longer. Please email resume in a Word format when responding to this ad.

    Education: HS graduation or equivalent plus 6 months of study or training in administrative office support or office management.

    Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of higher level office or administrative support experience providing support to upper management level positions.

    Other Skills/Abilities: MUST HAVE the ability to type 60 NWPM and have advanced Word and Excel skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals throughout the organization, manage time effectively and have the ability to organize and prioritize work assignments.

    Responsible for schedule coordination for division director and department manager; organizing meetings; deliver and pick up mail, distributing all incoming documents and mail for signature and review; daily data entry into planning databases, light filing, performing attendance data entry for department payroll, providing administrative support to other planning staff.

    Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
