Administrative Assistant (Rocklin)

We are an 8 year-old fast growing IT services provider seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, go-getter for a full-time Administrative Assistant position to support technical, sales, and management needs for a team of 7 employees including the CEO and COO.
This is a multi-faceted position encumbering a wide variety of clerical, organizational, and accounting responsibilities including: answering and routing telephones calls on multiple lines, heavy filing and record keeping, scheduling, data entry and customer tracking, preliminary quotes, supply and equipment ordering, mail processing and related office task.Required Skills:
• Must be PC proficient including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks
• An ability to multi-task; as well as, the capacity to keep track of various activities and quickly switch between them
• A high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Be a team player able to work under pressure and prioritize work from multiple managers
• Awesome first contact persona with customers and potential customers
• Excellent writing and editing skills. Ability to author business documents from basic outlines
• Type 50+ WPMAdditional skills preferred:
• Bookkeeping i.e. A/R, A/P, time cards, payroll, generating financial reports all using QuickBooks
• Any type of IT support background is a huge plus
