Administrative Assistant – Part Time (Folsom)

Aggressive Real Estate Company has an opportunity in the Folsom area for a part time assistant.
Skill Requirements:
- Self-starter
- Able to multi task
- Detail Oriented
- Minimum two years of documented assistant work
- Proven track record of advanced computer and Internet skills
Tasks will include phone contact to clients and vendors, creating, managing and maintaining client and offer status databases, creating marketing pieces, creating information packets, copying and submitting offers, keeping the office organized, and coordinating meetings and schedules. Keep Agents updated with all communication with clients and vendors to maintain continuity of communication between client, vendors, assistant and agents.
Interviewing for this position will be a process of discovery for qualifications, personality, habits/behaviors, goals and compatibility. There will be various levels of interviewing and testing, which may span over a few weeks.
