Brief description:
 
We have recently launched Dawn of the Dragons on Facebook and are looking to pick up one or two additional Flash programmers with ActionScript 3 experience. We would prefer someone local to the Sacramento/Bay Area (Roseville strongly preferred), but it is not required.
 

 
Target aim:
 
Dawn of the Dragons is a free-to-play game on Facebook, with other markets to follow. Revenue is generated from micro-transactions.
 

 
Compensation:
 
We are growing rapidly (~270,000 MAU as of this post), but as we grow our budget is still tight. We are willing and able to provide compensation up front, in addition to back end compensation. In special circumstances we can look at waiving the deferred compensation in favor of a higher up front number, but the overall total would be lower. Basically, for the right person, we can make something work.

DotD was developed in Flash CS4 using ActionScript 3.
 

 
Talent needed:
 
We are looking to bring on 1-2 programmers that know ActionScript 3 well and can hit the ground running.

Previous Work by Team:
 
We had an MMO in development that ties into Dawn of the Dragons, but that has been paused. We started production on DotD in mid January, we went in to Closed Beta on May 4th and officially launched the game on May 28th. Our development team combined has worked in the software and hardware industry for well over twenty years. In addition each member is an avid gamer (online, offline, or other). We love to play games but love to make them even more!

We have a great core team, we are very active on our forums, Skype and through email. Our office is located in Roseville, CA where we provide free drinks and snacks (but not punch and pie, sorry)!
